"Real Moms Don't Have an MLM Business."

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "REAL MOMS"??

When my son said that real moms don't have an mlm business yesterday I started wondering who he's been talking to, and listening to...maybe it was me? Because I say all the time during coaching calls that real moms are busy with their kids and they don't have time to spend more than 2 hours per day on business.

I DID SOME "PENCIL ORGANIZING"

Yesterday was a day that I was learning something new and I usually focus some extra time on my education because it's what I consider "pencil organizing" and I don't like to do that during my money making 2 hours of the day.

What my regular day looks like, and how I teach my mlm moms in training to do, is a strict 2 hour schedule with the timer on.

On this "real mom" schedule we get the money making activities done using our creativity, effeciency and effectiveness and 5 tools that I wouldn't recommend any real mlm mom be without.

One of my favorite tools is the one that has all of my educational resources, which I then interpret and simplify for the other "real mlm moms" out there who may not be the breadwinners, but they are certainly expected to bring home some green beans or something. *wink*

MAKING IT SIMPLE MAKES IT GO FASTER.

I wish I had had the kind of coach that simplified and showed me exactly what to do when I was first getting started. Not to say that I didn't have some great coaches, but they left so much to my imagination that in the beginning I didn't know whether I was coming or going.

Not such a great thing for a mom who can't afford to neglect her small children. Not to mention that at the beginning of all of this I was newly pregnant and sick.

(And Mom, you know as well as I do that when we're pregnant the ol' brain just isn't up to par.)

I wished for a system to keep it simple, and a coach who would actually take some time to help me make progress.

That's why I try to sit down with my wonderful trainees when they are stuck and don't know what to write, or can't get their head around how to create a website or blog, and just help them come up with a unique concept for them based on their personality. Something they can run with.

Not to say that I'm willing to take away all of their decision making powers. We're not called entrepreneurs because we sit around waiting for someone to tell us what to do all the time. But I'm certainly here for getting my coachees un-stuck.

BUT I DIGRESS

This article didn't start out to be a big self promotion. I really want to point out that real moms do everything that they can to stay home with their kids, and then spend more time on their life training than on earning money to feed them.

REAL MOMS DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN FOR THEIR KIDS.

And for a lot of us that means earning some money. Most of us get heart sick at the idea of putting our kids in daycare, even for part of the day. We are the most important person in our child's life. They need mommy to guide, discipline and help them make decisions that they just aren't capable of making yet.

Even with the best daycare person you can't expect them to care about your child's moral code as much as you do. And let's face it, the moral code is more important than most people make it out to be. Look at where our society is these days. Out for a free ride. We have to teach our children how to WORK. From the time they're very young. Or we'll be saddened as they grow up to be just another lazy hypocrite with their hand held out to the government.

Yuck.

I promise to help. It's part of my personal mission, along side of being a successful mother. (Which I strive for every day.)

You just need a few simple tools, the right coach who pushes you in the right direction, and to plant your personal flag in determination and tenacity.
